Welcome to Zulika. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zulika mobile application ("App") operated by Zulika ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zulika. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the App under any circumstances.
Zulika operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our service, you gain access to premium features, including:
All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment information. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with Apple's billing policies.
We offer various subscription periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zulika operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
